Washington, DC Volunteer Calendar

The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Washington, DC would not be possible without the help of hundreds of dedicated Volunteers. The Washington, DC Office is looking for Event Volunteers to help out at the Event on April 30, May 1 & May 2.

Volunteering is an easy and rewarding way to become involved with the Avon Walk! Whether you join us one day or many shifts throughout the Event, your participation is vital to our success.

EVENT SUPPORT

During the Event weekend, volunteers are needed at Event Eve (April 30), Opening Ceremony (May 1), along the route at Cheering Stations (May 1 & 2), at the Wellness Village to help set up tents for Walkers (May 1 & 2) and at Closing Ceremony (May 2). Help out for a couple of hours or sign up for many shifts throughout the whole weekend. It takes hundreds of Volunteers to make the Avon Walk the amazing experience that it is!

The Event Volunteer Form is available now for you to sign up! In order to volunteer during the weekend of the Walk, you must fill out one of these forms. Our Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch shortly thereafter with your assignment.
