About the Avon Walk New YorkThe Avon Walk New York provides an opportunity like no other - a true walking tour of the Big Apple with all the sites and landmarks of the city that never sleeps! Starting out riverside at Hudson River Park’s Pier 84, next to the USS Intrepid, Saturday's route takes you up the river to the Upper West Side, then down to Greenwich Village, and SoHo. We'll head over the Brooklyn Bridge and stop by DUMBO before heading back into Manhattan by crossing the Manhattan Bridge. You'll walk through Chinatown, the Lower East Side and into the Upper East Side before to our Wellness Village and overnight campsite at Randall's Island - home of Icahn stadium and world famous tennis! Sunday’s route will bring us back across to the Upper West Side and past Central Park. We will head south and through Midtown passing Rockefeller Center and Bryant Park before making our way back to the Hudson River and great views before you finish strong back at Pier 84.
