CBS "The Early Show" - Calling all Walkers, Crew and Volunteers

Avon Walkers and Crew … Get Ready for the Close-Up!

CBS's national morning TV program, "The Early Show" invites you, our incredible Avon Walk for Breast Cancer New York Participants and Volunteers, to join them on the Plaza next Friday morning, October 9, in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! What a great way to kick-off your Avon Walk weekend before heading to work or attending Event Eve at the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott! (Don't forget -- Event Eve is 2:00-8:00pm!)

Please join us and help us show New York (and the nationwide TV audience!) that we are In It to End It! We need to assemble the largest possible group of Avon Walkers, Crew, Volunteers, family and friends - so invite everyone you know! Also, be sure to wear any Avon Walk for Breast Cancer gear and feel free to bring along any handmade posters or pink flair to illustrate your commitment to the Avon Walk and the fight against breast cancer! You only have one chance to make a first impression, so you will want to go the extra 'pink' mile because you may be one of our lucky participants to be interviewed during the taping! CBS "The Early Show" Location, Details & Arrival Time:

• The Early Show "Plaza" is located 767 Fifth Avenue, which is at the corner of 59th Street and 5th Avenue (right next to the Apple store).
• You'll need to arrive at 'The Plaza' no later than 7:15am and the event will conclude by 9:30am. Play it safe and arrive between 6:45am-7:00am to ensure yourself a great spot!

• Avon Walk Participants and Volunteers should wear a variety of Avon Walk-branded clothing.
• Signs, banners and posters showing support for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer along with any other fun visuals are encouraged. Make `em big and bold!
